We know you can't wait to receive your B&P products! Please be patient with us as we gather your items. We're a tiny team and we're doing our best to make sure you receive your items in a timely fashion.

When will my order be shipped?

Once we receive an order please allow 1 week for processing an additional week to ship. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks.

My order is in the "Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item" but I have not seen additional updates. What does this mean?

This means we've created the shipping label for your item and will be fulfilling the order shortly.

My order was damaged. How can I resolve this issue?

Please send an email with your order # and describe the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem.
